My insurance was cancelled for no reason whatsover. I never received a letter of cancellation, telephone call or email. I tried to log on to my account two days after I made an e-payment only to receive a message that my insurance was cancelled and I no longer have web access. I was trying to reach soemone at Conexis to find out why I had not received the open enrollment information.
