I ordered service to be installed on 11/29 . I explained to the person (non American) on the phone that I would need a Technician to come out and hook up the line because the home was a new construction and wasnt connected to the box at the street. Well I had to make 9 calls before I realized I could ask for someone in the States! Then i was transfered to a lady in St. Louis to schedule somone to come by.
