I applied for a payday loan through LAST CHANCE PAYDAY and in their terms and conditions it lists a third party withdrawal of $49.98 from Liberty Discount Club. I declined those conditions and did not take the loan but that didn't stop Liberty Discount Club from taking my money. I have spoke with them every day since 12/2/2010 and first I was told just fill out a request for a refund. I did. Then I was told there was another form to fill out, so I did.
