Mor fails in every way. I purchased a desk that was missing pieces and could not be fully assembled. After calling them for three months, they finally sent out a technician who told me, "We can't help you". Customer service does not help at all. They ignore you on purpose to frustrate you and hope you drop your complaint. They have no intentions of helping their customers.
