Dell maybe cheaper than most competitors in Malaysia but their customer service sucks! Upon receipt of my order acknowledgment, i realised that the invoice name was input incorrectly hence i immediately wrote an email to their customer service and the email which sent me the acknowledgment. I also followed-up with a call to their toll-free number.
