I signed up for the $9.99/day weekend deal on the web. When I went to pick up the car I wanted to pay with a debit card. The rep said I needed a utility bill. I produced one, then she said I needed two. I got upset, said it didn't say anything about this on the web. She said the site says "please call us if you're using a debit card." After I got home, without a rental car, I went back to the site and reserved a car again.
