So I have a mysterious charge on my credit card from XM radio. I called and after waiting 15 minutes on hold and never talking to some one they hung up on me. So I called back. I just started saying operator until I got someone. She barely speaks English. I had to ask 6 time to speak to her supervisor. I originally paid a 1 year subscription for XM radio in March of 2010 for everything radio, weather, traffic. Now in December 2010 I have charges coming on my credit card. It hasn't been 1 year.
