IDS Grant program. I did the initial $2.99 download which was a nightmare to try and navigate. Then 3 days later they debited another $94.89 with no notice or reason. How are they alloed to get away with this with no signature giving authorization? Why hasn't the FTC done something about this fraud? read full review »
