Andy Hellmuth, You folks have an uncanny method of doing business. I don't want to get into every detail but bottom line is this: I send a phone that was working perfectly (recharging with no problem also) and all of a sudden it is faulty and you send 80 cents instead of $18! You send out emails under Andy Hellmuth, instead of Buymytronics, which get spammed. You now have the individual's product and do as you wish.
