Purchased the oven and mentioned that it was very loud. Told that it was normal since it was regular and convection oven cooking. App. 1 year later starts locking up. Told it isn't under warranty for the overheating but that the fan needs to be replace. Replaced fan at our expense, now just after warranty goes out, fan starts up again. Sounds like aircraft carrier is in our kitchen and unable to hold a conversation in the kitchen over the fan. Techs don't work for company and company doesn't respond to anything. read full review »
