I am a disabled woman on s.s.i. and soc.sec. my husband is on soc.sec. between the two of us we bring in aprox. 1300 a month. my electric bill is between 100 to 200 a month. eversince pg/e installed the smart meter my bill is now 332.76---almost doubled. where can i take this complaint to? read full review »
