After searching for complaints I could not find any so went ahead and ordered. It took three weeks to get and order confirmation and then other week to get and out of stock notice. I was offered a 6% discount to order again so this checked the availability on a different item and it showed as +300 in stock. 1 week later I received another out of stock email saying they would refund my money but as yet nothing has gone into my account. There is no contact address on the web site and the complaints page goes to a hotmail address! Don't be caught out by this site like me.
