They charged very fast, but shipping is forever. I called them every week after placing the order, but they just don't want to ship the washer I bought. Then I called to cancel the order, but after one week, the order is still there. I tried to call but nobody is there, so I have no choice but to file a BBB complaint. Refund is pending.
