Ordered a vanity Mar 3, 2010. Received a non-detailed confirmation. 10 days went by, no communication. I called them 3 times with no answer and emailed them twice for a tracking number. They were completely unresponsive. Finally in frustration on March 13th I contacted Paypal and filed a dispute. It seemed odd that there was no way to contact Home Perfect. On Mar. 17 Paypal contacted me that the dispute was closed and refunded my money. Apparently Paypal couldn't get a response from them either because Home Perfect didn't even know... read full review »
