QuiBids.com is DEFINITELY a scam... I had the unfortunate cross with the site, and though it was a great opportunity to purchase a few thing's at a great price, being the recession and unemployment at it's all time high, I thought it was a good idea, and tried it. well, the bidding never stop's, it keep's going endlessly, making you place more bid's.
