I have been waiting over a year and a half to receive my security deposit and overpayment. I was erroneously charged for the one month of free rent. I also had overpaid at the end of my lease - I should not have been charged since I had paid first and last month's rent at move-in time. My security deposit has not even been refunded to me and I left the apartment in superb condition. I've been trying to contact this complex for over a year now about all of this.
