I ordered the complete Rockford Files dvd's for my father. There price was a steal! I recieved an email a few days later saying, "Unfortunately, your card was not billed successfully. There may be many reasons for this declination, such as: 1. Incorrect credit card details, such as card number, or CVV 2. Incorrect billing address/name submitted 3.
