I have lost my job in October of 2009 and have been trying to have my alarm cancelled with Safe Home Security, Inc. I have no phone and have sent them 8 letters since April of 2010 that the system isn't even hooked to a phone. They refuse to contact me by mail or E-mail to cancell my account but have no problem sending my an invoice. How can they be monitoring my alarm when it is n't even hooked to a phone. I have removed it from the wall and all power in April of 2010. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. read full review »
