2 1/2 yrs. ago we contacted them and told them we no longer wanted the house and to take it back, we even found someone that was willing to buy it from them. We left that house and moved to a different State and we still receive notices from the mortgage place, city, county. They keep paying taxes and insurance and charging us. They refuse to foreclose after all this time, ignored the person wanting to buy it. I am sure sitting empty all this time in that neighborhood it is broken into and crack head infested and they still refuse to foreclose.
