Employees at the Augusta, Ga. Toys R Us are rude, not helpful, talking and laughing with each other, ignoring customers. The store needs to hire extra help at Christmas time like so many other businesses do, but this store never has enough help any time of the year, and the help they do have might as well be somewhere else.
