I ordered $100 worth of tea from their website and received an email that they received my order and my credit card was charged. It is 3 weeks later and no product or follow up email that anything was shipped. I have tried contacting the company every day by email with no reply and left 2 messages on their answering machine with no call back. I am now in the process of contesting the credit card charges. Even if it is a legitimate company, it is very poor in customer service. I would not recommend trusting their website. read full review »
