About 1 year ago we purchased our first house from True Homes. The house is what they discribed to us as a "spec house;" which basically means there will be only one or two in the neighborhood. Don't really have much to complain about in regards to the house itself except for a few things here and there i.e poor dry wall mudding on the ceiling allowing you to see where the joist come together.
