It is useless to call the 1-800 number because all they do is resubmit your claim and don't know why it got kicked back. It is hit or miss. It seems they ignore submissions or deny them until you submit them several times and call them but they can't answer simple questions like why it got kicked back or not processed. I choose this Insurance because of the reviews i read but i am switching to CIGNA because of these horrible experiences. read full review »
