there is no customer service, you go to the auto section, ask for a part for a big ticket item you bought from them, then wait till they figure out which of them actually wants to spend a minute with you, to tell you that they dont know where to get any parts, and or how long it will take to order, or if they can order or not, . i spent an hour confirming what i have always believed, there is no customer service, period, my family doesnt ever shop there, unfortunately i thought i could give them another shot. read full review »
