I have no response from support, management, whatever; these guys are the same as Safitech; they used to be hostww then changed to jethos, but the mother company is safitech, newZeland based hosting co. Their server is still up & running but no one seems to care! Tim Johnson is the CEO of Jethost, in fact now moved to http://www.newmarkettrade.ca/, according to data at linkedin. A name to avoid!
