T-mobile absolutely SUCKS! They used to be superb, but not anymore. I bought a smart phone for my dad, because it was the only phone they have that is water-resistant. But, realizng he is never going to take advantage of the data, I returned the phone 7 days later never having broken the seal on the box. Not only was it REALLY difficult to cancel the data service, they are billing me for the 7 days. read full review »
