On November 29, 2010 I ordered a set of Fuzzoodles from this company as a Christmas present for my child. The item costs $19.99 but "regular' shipping was for arrivial within 2 to 3 weeks so I paid $12.90 (nearly 65% of the cost of the item itself) for "rush shipping". 10 business days pass, no fuzzoodles. I call the customer service line. First, I am placed on hold for 10 minutes.
