Having made a point of telephoning and checking the availability of a product, I was told the item is in stock. My money was taken within seconds of me placing my order the cost was over £1000, 20 days later still waiting. They show a 2-3 day despatch period. I have rung 3 times, the last time I was told on packing my product it was found to be faulty. So I suggested they send a replacement, I was then told they were awaiting a replacement from their supplier. So why are you still showing the item as being in stock? I asked.
