I bought a recliner and a double reclining couch. Within the first week the recliner had a huge rip between the fake leather trim and the side material on the outside of the arm. They came the next week and they fixed it. Very poorly. There is a huge indentation where it was sewn up. Within another few weeks, a coil came loose in the back of the recliner, and the couch reliner would not open all the way.
