I felt this website would provide what I needed. I was upset for the following reasons: 1. I ordered the item on 8/23/09 and did not receive it until 9/18/09. 2. I ordered a size 5 and received a size 4. 3. The envelope the item was sent in was post marked 9-15-09. 4. It cost the sender $0.88 but I was charged $6.95 for shipping. 5. When I complained, the response was arrogant and stated that I had received a 20% discount (the discount was part of the original order) and there were "other costs" involved in "shipping".
