Not happy with Christina Hawkins business etiquette. Used to be called Tutus and More and now goes by Simply Tutu Cute. She claimed to handmake her items and sold me "Made in China" pettiskirts. Way overpriced the skirts. Pettis and tutus can be found for $10 cheaper at haloheaven dot c o m. Most all of her items are mass produced and made in China. She claims they are made in the USA.
