I am the Director of Finance for one of the Deans at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond VA. One of our unit's employees got behind on a personal bill that PBC of Maryland is pursuing collection of including making random calls to various VCU offices and personnel in an attempt to get VCU to pay the bill.
