Whirlpool recommended A&E and all they do is OVERCHARGE people ripping them off! 6 months ago they repaired my washer, 6 months later washer is down! they came back out and said the SAME thing is bad and wanted to charge me an OUTSTAND OUTRAGOUS $672.95 AINT no way in *** I would pay them anything like that. total rip offs!! I think the man was lying so he could pocket some Christmas money for his kids. They should be shut down! I wouldn't recommend them to a homeless man. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
