I have received settlement letter's from Northland Group Inc. and when i was prepared to look into this account, the customer service representative was rude and was very much a bully. In the letter it says"the office will obtain verification of the debt or copy of judgement and mail you a copy". I asked for proof of the original account and the representative said he could not provide that proof to me and that it was a debt that must be paid. I refuse to pay a debt that I believe is a fruad.
