I had a balance on my Best Buy account of $281, I missed a couple of payments, and all of a sudden my balance is over $500 and LDG debt collections is calling. I called Best Buy, and I was told that I had to go through LDG. Best Buy, however is still charging my account late fees and interest, even though they have closed it. I only intend to pay what I originally owed. Best Buy stinks! read full review »
