I bought Norton Antivirus, inside was a card for a free checkup. I called the number. Justin did the checkup. I asked him if Norton had any programs to fix my registry and clean up my hard drive. Justin said a normal $69.00 charge would be reduced to $40.00 and this would be done. Barbara, the tech did the same things to my computer that I had already done to clean up the hard drive. She could not uninstall a program for me. My hard drive was 21% free when she started and 21% free when she finished. They took $42.00 from my VISA card. I called and emailed and was ignored.
