I purchased a warranty on 12/24/08 and paid it in full - and it was a sacrifice, for sure. I bought it from U.S. Fidelis (Missouri) who has filed bankruptcy. I have made three claims and two were denied. The only one covered occurred while I was still paying on the warranty. After it was paid in full, nothing can be done to reach this CDWS outfit. Everything is by fax or e-mail. Some of the numbers do not even work. read full review »
