Have been charged for leads in November and December, when I canceled lead program in September, instead of cancelling my account they put it on hold and then without my knowledge began charging for leads in November and December. These leads they are charging for, are not even work that my company is licensed to do or work that we have done. All the company will do is give me a credit of $50 toward other leads.
