I submitted a payment via a check and no one seems to know where the check or the payment went. The amount of the check was taken out of my banking account. I was told I had to submitt a copy of the check for verification. I have faxed them this information 3 times and was told they have no way to verify that this was sent. The accounting department handles this and it is no way to get in touch with them AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT until they get to it. This has been going on for 2 mths.
