We placed a parts order through their order online section and they never processed it; we didn't find out for a week when we called to see if the parts were in. They refused to do anything to make it right, we requested the parts be overnighted for a cost of $35, but they refused. We were not only told to find the parts somewhere else (which has been difficult and ended up having to order from Singapore) we were told never to step foot in their business or order from their website again.
