ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! - On December 13, 2008 I booked a room at the Belnord Hotel in Manhattan's Upper East Side through HotelsCheap.com. When I arrived at the hotel, therewas NO reservation nor was there any record available, to the front desk, through any of the reservation services.
