I was told my couch was in to come pick it up. So I went to the store they tell me it's not here I need to go down town phx and get it. So I go down town and they say it's by appt only! So now I make an appt to pick it up. And then it went down hill. One of the chairs I got was damaged and I didnt like the way it looked in the room so I had them to take it back. Customer service said call back in 4 days, then 1day after that they promise to call you back I mean 3 different people have told me that they would. I ask for my money back... read full review »
