I have asked repeatedly for phone calls to stop at work and they continue. I have also asked repeatedly via faxes to refinance the loan amount that I'm behind ($1500). I have received no communication from them. I have explained that I have suffered a financial setback (like so many other Americans ) due to taking a lower paying job three years ago and have tried to keep my head above the water but they do not care.
