while trying to download a program to link a PDA to the new Windows Vista 64-bit system from what looked to be a legitimate windows down loads site, I was prompted to accept a charge of $4.87 for a one time membership to keep me informed of up to date down loads . I submitted my card number, the screen went blank for a second and then when it came back up there was no program to down load.
