I have had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life with a dishwasher that I purchased from Sears! I ordered the dishwasher and the installation company came to deliver and install it in our kitchen. They left without securing the dishwasher to the countertop! Furthermore there was a leak that caused water to pool inside the dishwasher and subsequently leak onto my kitchen floor!
