I went in to cancel my membership, and after badgering and guilting me to continue the membership for several minutes, they told me they were going to charge me the monthly AND annual renewal fee anyway. They refused to refund me the annual fee, saying it was in the contract. The monthly fee I can understand, but the contract only stipulates that I would be charged the monthly fee if I canceled after a certain day. What a huge ripoff! read full review »
