Very poor customer service. Ordered new wireless service on Dec 7th, 2010. Spent one hour on the phone to complete the order. Called after a about 3 days to check on the status of the order, I was told the order was cancelled. Ordered it again on Dec 13th. Again spent about one hour on the phone to order it again. Called the next day, they could not find the order. Bery irresponsible, they will keep transferring you the someone else and nobody resolves the issue. Also When I called on the 3rd, i was told I could get the unlimited data package for the iPhone but when I called the 2nd time I was told that the unlimited package is not offered any more. read full review »
