I ordered a rug on Nov 26. It is now Dec 15. I have been told on 2 separate occasions that my item was shipping. The telephone hold times are a minimum 30 min. Live Chat doesn;t always respond. Sent 2 emails, no response. They keep blaming the vendor. I called the Vendor and the rug is in and has been. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! read full review »
