Have done business with Ritz Camera online for quite some time and always had prompt service. This time my order has no tracking information after 8 business days. Called the customer service number 1877690-0099 and continually get hung up on before getting to a rep. Tried their "Online Chat", sent me to some guy names Gary Joseph who gave me the standard "Hi Joyce Fuller, welcome to Ritz Camera live chat"...and then nothing, sent several "Hello?"
