I had similar experience with other people. I regret so much that I didn't check out the online info before I bought the policy from Assurant! I was forced to get rental insurance for an apartment through my son's apartment complex, and I bought the policy via Geico. I paid the policy by credit card through Geico, but apparently Geico passed my credit card info to Assurant.
